Team Dascal

I'm originally from NC and I've lived there for about half my life. I currently live in South Florida with my wife, Jodi, and our three kids. As the Chief Medical Officer for Envision Medical Services, children with medical needs have always been a population that I have cared deeply about and advocated for throughout my career. I believe strongly in the mission of the CLT Foundation to provide opportunities, through college scholarships and other initiatives, for children with life altering medical circumstances. Please help me to support this foundation and the amazing work they do!

Team Shannon

I am a wife & mom to 4 teenage daughters. I graduated from Clemson University and have lived in Charlotte for 18 years. “I’m also a Rodan+Fields consultant. I have loved being in this business because I get the opportunity to help people love their skin with products that work. I love running, playing tennis, reading & volunteering in the community and I’m super excited to be involved with the Change Champion campaign!

Being able to help local kids in this community is a privilege. I've been involved with Beers and Burpees since Mike & Laura started it in 2011. I've seen firsthand how the funds raised and the volunteer hours directly impact the kids in our community. In addition, it has helped my daughters understand the importance of being involved in the community and helping others.

Team DiBartolo

I’ve been in Financial Services for the last 16 years, currently as a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors. I live in Plaza Midwood with my wife of just under a year, Megan, and our 9 year old English bulldog, Bo. We spend most of our time eating our way through Charlotte, walking our dog through Elizabeth and Plaza Midwood, and travelling as much as we can. We attend First Baptist Church in uptown Charlotte where we volunteer on the greeting team and security when needed.

I’ve been a donor and friend of the CLT Foundation for the last 3 years. I believe strongly in the mission and the impact the foundation has on its participants. I have attended various CLT events in the past, including the Beers and Burpees charity event, but have sort of been on the sideline. After talking with Mike I felt like it was time to get a little out of my comfort zone and see if I can have a larger role in the charity. My wife and I will be volunteering in person as well at Camp CLT in September.

Team McDermott

I'm the creator of Erin McDermott Jewelry. My passion is to bring clients a curated jewelry and lifestyle collection that makes them feel beautiful, “put together” and confident. I'm also a wife and a mom to three precious little girls. I love living in Charlotte and giving back to this community is so important to me.

I've seen first-hand some of the work that the CLT Foundation does, and I believe in their mission to help local kids with medical needs. I've also had the pleasure of meeting some of the kids they serve and, as a former teacher, they really touched my heart and I'm excited to be a part of this campaign!
