In this role, you will help shape our fundraising strategy and lead program delivery—building relationships with donors, coordinating impactful events, and creating opportunities that directly change lives. Plan and deliver donor communications, impact reports, and campaigns to inspire and retain supporters.
Build and maintain systems for donor tracking, reporting, and relationship management to drive efficiency.
Represent CLT at events and/or in the media to elevate its profile and advance its mission.
Event & Programming Management
Partner with the ED to shape and refine program strategy and objectives.
Design and execute mission-aligned programs and events that engage the community.
Lead the planning, logistics, and execution for fundraising events and community give-back events.
Manage program timelines, budgets, and evaluation metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Recruit, coordinate, and support volunteers to enhance program and events.
Co-lead the annual Gala; manage contracts, secure sponsorships, source auction items, and manage volunteers.

Proven experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or a related role.
Demonstrated success in securing gifts and partnerships from individual, corporate, and grant sources.

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to be highly proactive and manage people/volunteers/vendors and efforts to meet timelines.
